While both Laura Tosoni and Melina Ash are pet owners and pet lovers, it was Laura's petulant American Red Nose Terrier, Titan, and his mischievous Chihuahua sidekick, Ginger, who were the primary inspiration behind the beginnings of LiveWell. Titan and Ginger loved playing in their parents' bedroom while they were away. Unfortunately, what the dogs thought was entertaining did not amuse Laura and her husband... returning at the end of a long days work, they would find their bed in turmoil - the bed sheets stained, ripped and smelly. Keeping Titan and Ginger out of the bedroom was not an option because rambunctious Titan would claw at the door and scratch the floors in an effort to reach his favorite spot (the bed).
